One of the most visited of the zoos in the city of Lima, the Parque de las Leyendas (The Park of Legends) lets you admire the biodiversity of Peru. It covers the principal geographic divisions of our country: Coast, Highlands, and Jungle. There are more than 210 native animals. It is found in the Avenue of the Legends 580-582-586, in the district of San Miguel.

It is a grand zoo which brings together natural history with local history. I enjoyed it.

I loved the exhibits of animals and the marvelous scenery. The zoo is in the process up updating several installations, nevertheless we could fully enjoy the park and exhibits. Take your time to go through it all slowly. It is worth it.

The entrance runs: adults, 14/S, children, 8/S. It is a good experience for anyone who visits Lima.
