To prepare a delicious hot chocolate, Cusco style, you only need milk, cloves, cinnamon, sugar, and chocolate. That is all it takes to make up a drink that suggest Christmas to all of us here.

When this special day arrives, many neighborhoods come together and prepare a chocolatada for the children of the area. On this day all the kids are happy as they have hot chocolate. Their small and enchanting faces reflect their immense joy. They enjoy each moment as if it were their last. They talk and tell each other what they most want to receive for Christmas. If there is enough money, then the people of the neighborhood also give the children gifts.
