Virgilio Martínez was chosen the best chef in the world in the “The Best Chef Choice Award 2017”. More than a prize this is a great recognition for which all Peru feels very proud. In addition, Chef Martinez’Central restaurant was given the 5th place in the 50 best restaurants of the world.
Emphasizing what this award means: “It is not only Central, that represents the biodiversity of Peru, our culture, which puts in value what we do and I hope it brings happiness not only to the team but as we cross borders, for all the people we work with, that is a lot” .
