The Magic and Glory of the Sacred Valley of the Incas

Among picturesque mountains, along the length of the Urubamba River is found the Sacred Valley of the Incas, north of the City of Cuzco.

You see beautiful buildings and rural houses, as well as an infinity of farm fields where people cultivate the foods descending form our Andean heritage, perhaps on the traditional Andean terraces. These crops include corn, potatoes and quinoa which flower and create a scene of magic colors.

The Valley is a perfect place of rest where you can enjoy the best of Cuzco’s gastronomy. There are excellent places with good services which will cause you to enjoy good meals and have good experiences.

All along the Inca Valley you find different archeological centers that will surprise and thrill you. There are places like Pisac with its flowing terraces, Maras Moray and its mines of salt, and the great Inca complex of Ollantaytambo, as much more.

In this season the weather is splendid. The Sacred Valley glows. If you have the chance you should go so that it can share its magic with you.
