As we saw earlier some, television series and some scenes of movies have been dubbed into Quechua such as the popular Mexican show, “El Chavo del 8″ or also the Ice Age. This time it is the turn of the Disney-Pixar film, Coco, which won an Oscar.

“We wanted to work in these roles, because they are the most tender of the whole movie. Who does not have a Mamá Coco in their house, a grandmother whom we love very much and that is why we did this work, as a way of paying tribute to them”, said Fernando Valencia .
The place where they made the recording is nothing less than in their own house. They did not need expensive audio and recording equipment, but only the desire to want to do this project. To the sound of a guitar and the voice of Fernando Valencia who dubbed the song Remember Me that made everyone tear up who saw this movie.
The dubbing of this scene quickly went viral in all social networks and got many comments from thousands of people who encouraged and also congratulated them in Quechua and Spanish for the work they are doing.
Quechua is being studied more and more aa well as used in everyday life by many people who love Quechua and Andean culture. This is good news for the city of Cusco and Peru.
